The BOOKING
After brainstorming your needs, we then head to our secure portal with a tailored quote and contracts. There you can pick your perfect package, sign the contract, submit the deposit, and your date is officially blocked! Excited to make it happen!

PRESENCE AT YOUR DAY
Leading up to your big day, we'll connect through emails and calls to discuss your plans and timeline. I'll be fully present, bringing my all—110%—one day before your event for a site check at the location with you. This ensures everything is in place, allowing you to fully enjoy your day without any concerns about photos or videos. Let's make your day stress-free and memorable!
stage four
POST PRODUCTION PROCESS
Following your event, I'll securely back up your pictures on at least 2 hard drives to ensure everything is safe and sound. The post-production process involves culling through the images, and within a week, you can expect to receive 20 sneak peeks. The full gallery will be ready in 8 weeks, while the video will be delivered in 10 weeks. Rest assured, your memories are in good hands!

I’m based in the South of France and travel to Asia several times a year. And I’m more than thrilled fly to your destination for sure!

Yes, I take travel fee as a package depending on how far I have to go. It includes my flights, rental car and a couple night hotel depending on your event plan.
SECOND SHOOTER

With all the event less than 100 guests, I’m confident to work on my own. However, for a bigger event with more guests or which is held maybe on several locations, I recommend to have a second shooter.

When you book me to make your film as an extra, I always have 2 video shooters who will work under my direction.
Booking and Payments

Defenitely! All the booking and payment process will be on my secured portal where you can always follow the status of your quote, contract, invoice and other helpful documents.

I receive payment via my secured portal which accepts bank transfer or Paypal (with a small additional fee if you are outside of EU). Or we can always set up a payment method that works more convinent for you. And yes, we can set your plan of payment.
